Supported syncing
For more information about sync modes, refer to the sync modes docs.
Connect to Adestra
Go to the Destinations overview page and click the Add destination button. Select Adestra and click Continue.
Enter your Adestra API token. You can find it in your Adestra account settings.
Sync configuration
Once you’ve set up your Adestra destination and have a model to pull data from, you can set up your sync configuration to begin syncing data. Go to the Syncs overview page and click the Add sync button to begin. Then, select the relevant model and the Adestra destination you want to sync to.
Sync records to contacts in an Adestra core table.
Core table
Select the Adestra core table you want to sync contacts to.
Record matching
To match rows from your model to contacts in Adestra, select the model column that contains the values of your core table’s dedupe field. Hightouch uses the dedupe field configured on the core table you selected.
Field mapping
Hightouch lets you sync contact fields via field mapping.
You can map data from any of your model columns to the default and custom contact fields in Adestra.
Ensure your model’s columns have the same data types as the fields you want to sync to.
List subscription
You can optionally select an Adestra list under List subscription. Hightouch subscribes each synced contact to that list.
Records that leave your query results
In Upsert mode, you can choose what happens when a row leaves your model’s query results. If you choose to delete the associated record, Hightouch removes the contact from the list you selected under List subscription, if any, and unsubscribes the contact in Adestra. Hightouch doesn’t delete the contact.
