# PAR Punchh

> Use PAR Punchh to turn customer data into revenue—personalized offers, seamless loyalty programs, and real-time insights that keep guests coming back and spending more.

## Supported syncing

## Connect to PAR Punchh

Go to the [**Destinations** overview page](https://app.hightouch.com/destinations?from=docs) and click the **Add destination** button. Select **PAR Punchh** and click **Continue**. You can then authenticate Hightouch to **PAR Punchh**.

Enter the following fields into Hightouch:

* **Server name**: The subdomain of your Punchh instance (e.g. if your URL is [https://placeholder.punchh.com](https://placeholder.punchh.com), enter 'placeholder').
* **API key**: Your Punchh business admin API key.

## Sync configuration

Once you've set up your PAR Punchh destination and have a [model](https://docs.hightouch.com/getting-started/concepts.md#models) to pull data from, you can set up your sync configuration to begin syncing data. Go to the [**Syncs** overview page](https://app.hightouch.com/syncs?from=docs) and click the **Add sync** button to begin. Then, select the relevant model and the PAR Punchh destination you want to sync to.

### Syncing segments

Sync data from any source to custom segments in Punchh.

#### Record matching

To match rows from your model to segments in PAR Punchh, you need to select a model column and corresponding PAR Punchh field. You can match on any of the following PAR Punchh fields:

* **User ID**
* **Email**

#### Field mapping

Hightouch lets you sync segment fields via [field mapping](https://docs.hightouch.com/syncs/mapping-data.md).
You can map data from any of your model columns to the default segment fields.
Ensure your model's columns have the same data types as the fields you want to sync to.
